Product details

B7 type piston rod seal is a kind of lip seal installed in the groove as a tight fit. B7 seal can be used in various occasions where the physical properties of ordinary rubber or fabric reinforced rubber cannot meet the requirements.

Scope of application

Working pressure: ≤400bar

Operating temperature: -35 to +90°C

Surface speed: ≤0.5m/s

Medium: hydraulic oil (mineral oil base)

Mainly used for heavy-duty mobile machinery and piston rod seals in static pressure.

Install:

Seals such as Piston Seal PU should have an axial clearance (see columns H and L in the table). To avoid damage to the sealing lip, do not pull the seal over the sharp edge during installation. This type of seal usually fits into a closed groove.

O Rings Seals Material:

Imported polyurethane material with Shore hardness of 93. Compared with other Polyurethane Seals materials currently on the market, its main advantages are improved heat resistance, enhanced hydrolysis resistance, and small compression deformation.
