NONWOVEN CUTTING MACHINE:
This machine is suitable for cutting and rewinding of various super large coils, such as 30G/ M2-300g /M2 kraft paper, white cardboard, coated paper, aluminum foil, PVC plastic, valve pocket bottom film, tin foil and other coils
CHARACTERISTICS:
1. The machine adopts asynchronous servo motor (vector motor) control, automatic taper tension, central winding mode host adopts frequency conversion speed regulation, to maintain the balanced operation in acceleration.
2. Automatic meter, alarm function. Winding adopts A, B inflatable shaft structure, easy to unload operation. 3. Unwinding adopts photoelectric automatic correction and correction system, so that irregular materials can be cut normally.
4. Automatic discharge device for longitudinal cutting of waste edge with round knife.
5. Oil pressure type automatic feeding, with air expansion shaft.
6. Rail type automatic loading
