Fixed and aligned: The butterfly valve should be tightly connected to the flange surface of the pipeline without any gaps.
Debugging and testing: After installation, perform opening and closing tests on the valve to ensure smooth operation.

Butterfly valves and gate valves are two commonly used types of valves in industrial pipeline systems, which differ in structure. Butterfly valves are mainly composed of valve body, valve seat, valve plate (butterfly plate), valve stem, etc. The butterfly plate rotates around the valve shaft and is usually used to regulate flow and cut off medium flow. The valve body, disc, stem, and other components of a gate valve, with the disc moving vertically along the valve seat, are mainly used to fully open or close the flow of the medium.
