The ground-mounted iron spring volleyball post pole includes a pre-buried component with an embedding depth of 400mm and a telescopic range from 1730mm to 2530mm.
Material Composition:
The main pole is constructed from Φ89x5.0 seamless steel tubes, while the telescopic pole utilizes Φ70x4.0 seamless steel tubes. The outer base of the volleyball pole features a 40mm thick specialized cushion pad that, when paired with the pre-buried component, acts as a buffer, effectively prolonging the lifespan of both the pre-buried component and the pole. The pre-buried tube of the volleyball pole is a seamless steel tube of Ø102x5.0. The end of the pre-buried component is equipped with a dedicated copper cap. During use, the copper cap is lifted, and the pole is inserted into the pre-buried hole for immediate operation. When not in use, the volleyball pole is removed, and the copper cap is replaced, offering convenience and ensuring the copper cap's suitability for both humid and acid rain environments, making it ideal for both indoor and outdoor applications. Its unique integrated design also prevents theft.
Net Rope Locking Method:
One of the outer poles is equipped with a stainless steel net ring on its outer side, where the rope is tied. The other outer pole features a tensioning and locking mechanism on its outer side, while the telescopic pole incorporates a specialized spring within. By adjusting the spring, the height of the net rope can be regulated. Furthermore, the tightness of the net rope can be adjusted by manipulating the locking handle, which is crafted from copper.
Net Rope Height Adjustment:
The end of the outer pole of the volleyball system incorporates a tightening device. When this device is loosened, the spring's extension and contraction capabilities allow for the adjustment of the volleyball pole's height.
Pole Cover:
The volleyball system pole is equipped with a dedicated EVA material cover (standard length of 1.85 meters), effectively safeguarding athletes from impact and ensuring both safety and aesthetics (available in yellow, blue, and green).
Surface Treatment:
All steel components undergo initial treatments such as shot blasting and sandblasting before undergoing a final surface treatment on an automatic spray line using epoxy-based powder, resulting in a coating thickness of 80 to 120 microns.
