* The machine adopts imported brand compressor for refrigeration, with stable performance, rapid refrigeration, low cold trap temperature and strong water capture capacity.

* The 7-inch true color LCD touch screen control system is adopted, which is simple and convenient to operate and has powerful functions. It is used as the man-machine interface and Chinese (English) convertible interface. The system is equipped with various sensors to display the working time, cold trap temperature, sample temperature and vacuum degree in curve and digital form, and record the drying curve and data;
* Industrial embedded operating system with fast operation response speed and large amount of stored data; It is stored in Excel file, which can store a large amount of measurement data, and is equipped with USB communication interface. The experimental data can be extracted with one key on USB flash disk, and the printed data can be browsed through the computer.
* Intelligent data recording system can automatically save freeze-drying data, continuously record real-time data, generate tables and view them in the form of real-time curve and historical curve, and the whole freeze-drying process is clear.
* The starting temperature of the vacuum pump can be preset. When it is lower than the set temperature, the vacuum pump can be started effectively to prevent a large amount of water vapor from entering the pump; Extend the service life of vacuum pump.
* With compressor secondary start delay protection.
* The drying chamber adopts colorless and transparent one-time injection molding polycarbon drying chamber, which is corrosion-resistant, non fragile, non adhesive, high transparency, strong tightness, clear and intuitive samples, and can observe the whole process of freeze-drying.
* It has the function of cold trap electric heating and defrosting to shorten the waiting time for secondary use.
* The connection between the vacuum pump and the main engine adopts international standard KF quick connector, which is simple and reliable.
* All stainless steel drain and inflation valve, safe, corrosion-resistant and leak free.
* User password can be set, and operation management can be performed by authority.
