PVC Dispersion Resin Made By Micro-suspension Polymerization
The production method of PVC Dispersion Resin by micro-suspension method is carried out according to the following steps: in the material mixing stage, desalted water, emulsifier solution, stearic acid solution, oil-soluble initiator, buffer and vinyl chloride monomer are sequentially added and mixed. The tank is fully stirred and emulsified with a homogenizing pump. The emulsion is heated and polymerized in the polymerization tank and a terminator is added when the conversion rate reaches 85-90%. The emulsion after recovering the unreacted vinyl chloride monomer is spray-dried. The dried material is used The classifier is separated, and the separated coarse material is pulverized and mixed with the separated fine material to obtain the same high-quality paste resin.
Compared with the prior art, the present invention adopting the above technical solution adds a terminator at the end of the polymerization, which ensures the normal operation of the recovery system and improves the monomer quality obviously.
