This 2 toned color watch dial is made from Copper in normal thickness 0.4mm, central painted in red or white in glossy surface. outer circle background in sandblasted, then print the same red color and white color on it. and wait to dry the dial, printing the black min markers. as the background and surface is different. even same color, but you still can see 2 toned colors on dial. esp. below red color. I quite love this effect. on the outer circle ring, there are 12 luminous balls on the top of each hour applied index. put these lume balls on that position. it is very pricise work, firstly these balls need to be exactly same. can't be some bigger and some in smaller. secondly the balls have to be aligned with tapered applied index. have to be in central. don't be some in left side and some in right... so you can see it is not easy job. we need well-skilled workers for it. then you can see this perfect dial finally. of course these lume balls are very small. of course you can see glowing at night, but quite weak not so strong as other lume applied index. it is more decoration than function.
