PROPERTIES:
MTT is a kind of thiazole heterocyclic compounds.The compounds containing active sulfur atoms, can cross- linking with polymer containing halogen, especially for CR. In the process of CR vulcanization, together with metal oxide (such as zinc oxide, magnesium oxide or lead oxide), can achieve a high degree of crosslinking in a short time. It is a environment-friendly accelerator that can substitute thiourea type accelerator ETU.
DOSAGE:
CR:100phr,Zinc oxide 5phr or magnesium oxide 4phr or lead oxide 20phr,0.4-1.5phr MTT
In the low content rubber of mixing rubber or added the light color packing of mixing rubber,to achieve the best machining performance,0.5-1.0phr MTT, 0.2-1.0 phr sulfur
