Double H beam 3 in 1 Machine Production Line Working Principle:
Double H-beam assembling, welding and straightening machine production line is composed by 2 sets of H-beam assembling, welding and straightening machines, driving roller conveyor, idler roller conveyor, driving elevating roller conveyor, flange centering device, 90° overturning machine, overturning machine with magnetic sucker, conveying chain moving device.
2 sets of H-beam assembling, welding and straightening machines are laid in parallel staggered. The first machine will assemble one flange plate and one web plate to T beam, second machine will add another flange plate to this T beam, then assembled to H-beam.
H section steel 3 in 1 production line is suitable for making thin plate H beam. We recommend the use of the H-beam assembly welding and straightening integrated machine when the web thickness is less than 16 mm. Fillet weld of web/flange plate at 90°. When the welding current is larger, the welding wire melts faster, the weld pool is larger, the weld pool will flow along the flange plate, and the fillet weld height is reduced. When the web thickness is less than 16 mm, the fillet weld can maintain good shape. When the thickness of the web exceeds 16 mm, we recommend using the 45° boat-type welding.
