Imported tungsten carbide powder and Praxair JP8000 HVOF system are adopted;
Abrasion resistant tungsten carbide coating has a thickness of 50-60 micrometer;
Compared with chrome plated corrugating roll, tungsten carbide corrugating roll can be used more than three times long with a cost less than twice;
The whole production process will be inspected, and the corrugating rolls have passed ISO9001 certification;
