A: PRO-COOL is designed for the cleaning of Screw O/D: 30mm-150mm, Length Maximum: 8000mm
Q: What is the cleaning cycle time?
A: The cleaning time is adjustable, you can set the suitable time according to the materials. The perfect cleaning takes average 30 minutes in cleaning one set of screw.
Q: Is it necessary to use chemical reagents?
A: No chemical reagents is needed during cleaning. Only tap water is required in cleaning.
Q: What is the water consumption?
A: The water flow rate is 9 liter/minute, the water consumption for one screw is about 270 liter.
Q: Will high pressure water cleaning cause damage to the screws?
A: Water cleaning is the safest way compare to the other cleaning methods. No deforming and hardness dropping on screw elements and shafts.
Q: What materials can PRO-COOL clean?
A: PRO-COOL is applying for many industries, such as powder coatings, master batches, medical, energy, and the applicable materials include engineering plastics PA, PP, PET, PPSU, ABS, TPE, TPU, TPO carbon plastics,etc.
