This granulator machine is suitable for food, medicine, chemical, electronics and other industries to press granular raw materials into circular sheet/block/ball/ring sheet, shaped sheet and other shapes. Not suitable for solid, wet particles, low solubility, hygroscopic raw materials and no particles and fine powder materials pressing. The machine meets the GMP standard requirements. Punching rod and punching nail can be combined, pressing different shapes of products only need to replace the punching nail.
1. This machine is a single press, the die is installed on the workbench (referred to as the turntable) punch rod along the curve of the guide rail for up and down movement, through the upper and lower press wheel to complete the pressing process required actions.
2. The laminating process of this machine is continuous feeding, filling, laminating and laminating.
3. The machine is driven by the motor, and the reducer is driven by the triangle belt to drive the working turntable in the clockwise direction.
4. The press wheel device adopts rolling friction, and its working pressure can be adjusted within the range according to the requirements of the tablet pressing.
5. This machine studio adopts plexiglass fully closed open door, can see the whole process of tablet pressing, and can prevent powder dust flies in the air.
6. The thickness of the tablet and the working pressure can be adjusted according to the direction indicated by the hand wheel.
7. The speed of the working turntable is adjusted by frequency conversion speed regulating device. On the electrical operating cabinet, it is adjusted smoothly by rotation.
8. The electrical system is separated from the main machine. Can keep electrical components clean and reliable.
