Cetrimide/Tetradecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (TTAB) CAS 1119-97-7 production method are as belows: Weigh 400 kilograms of tetradecyl dimethyl tertiary amine and place it in a 1000 liter enamel reaction vessel. Pump a mixture of 263 kilograms of hydrobromic acid, 125 kilograms of methanol, and 0.4 kilograms of ionic liquid 1-ethyl-3-methylimidazolium hydrobromide at a flow rate of 160 kilograms per hour. Stir the reaction at 50 ℃ for 3 hours under nitrogen atmosphere and atmospheric pressure. After vacuum drying (drying temperature controlled at 80 ℃), the reaction product was added to a 1000L high-pressure reactor. The reactor was purged three times with nitrogen gas, and then a mixture of 168 kg of dimethyl carbonate and 80 kg of methanol was pumped into the reactor at a flow rate of 20 kg/hour for sealed reaction. The reaction temperature was 175 ℃, the reaction pressure was 1.7 MPa, and the reaction was stirred for 12 hours. The reaction product was vacuum dried (drying temperature controlled at 80 ℃) to obtain approximately 553 kg of Cetrimide/N, N, N-trimethyl-1-tetradecylammonium bromide cas:1119-97-7, with a yield of 99.1% and a purity of 99.1%.
