CT-C series Tray Kinds Drying Oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system.

The circle system is fully sealed, making the hot efficiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%, even up to the maximum hot efficiency of 70%. The successful design of CT-C series Pharmaceutical Tray Dryers makes the Pharmaceutical Tray Drier catch up the advanced level both at home and abroad.

Most of hot air is circled inside the dry oven, thus rendering hot efficiency very high and saving energy source. It is applied to intensify ventilation and equipped in the adjustable air distributing plate inside the dry oven. And Pharmaceutical Tray Drying Equipment can use dried raw material and heat source, involving steam, hot water, electricity or far infrared. This machine features low noise and stable operation, with automatically controlled temperature. The applied fields are wide and can be suitable for all kinds of raw materials. Feature

1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.

2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130˚C, Max.140˚C.

3. Machine use the automatic control system and computer control system

4. Commonly using steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8 bar), if machine heated by steam (steam supplied by client)

5. For CT-C-O, electric heated, rated power consumption:9kW, real consumption : 3-5kW/h.

6. For operation temperature of over 140˚C or less than 60˚C, please indicate when order.

7. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are standard dimensions (640x460x45mm), and can be exchanged each other.

8. Baking tray also drill hole if client have detail requirement.

Advantage

4. For the heating system for the machine , it is very flexible. we can configure it based on the customer site conditions ,such as steam ,electricity.

5. If without heating system , it can as a cooler to make particle with cooling air.
