Granule Tray Model Dryer Principle
CT-C series Granule Tray Model Dryer adopts noise elimination and thermal stable axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The entire circulation system of Medicine Granule Tray Dryer is enclosed to make that the heat efficiency of the drying oven increases from 3-7% of the traditional drying oven to 35-40% of the present one. The highest heat efficiency can be up to 50%. The successful design of CT-C Tray Model Dryer Oven makes that the hot air circulating drying oven in our country reach the advanced level in the world. It saves energy and increases the economic benefit.
Most of hot air is circled inside the dry oven, thus rendering hot efficiency very high and saving energy source. It is applied to intensify ventilation and equipped in the adjustable air distributing plate inside the dry oven. And hot air oven can use dried raw material and heat source, involving steam, hot water, electricity or far infrared.
Product Application:
This drying oven is suitable for material and product hot solidification and dry de-watering in the pharmaceutical, chemical, food, farming side-product, aquatic product, light industries, heavy industries and others industries. Such as: raw material medicine, crude drug, prepared herbal medicine of Chinese traditional medicine, plaster, powder, particle, drinking agent, pill, packing bottle, pigment, dyestuff, dewatering vegetable, dried fruit piece, sausage, plastics, resin, electric component, baking varnish and etc.
Feature
1. Options of heat source: steam, electricity, or far infrared, or both steam electricity.
2. Drying temperature: steam heating 50-130˚C, Max.140˚C.
3. Machine use the automatic control system and computer control system
4. Commonly using steam pressure 0.2-0.8MPa(2-8 bar), if machine heated by steam (steam supplied by client)
5. For CT-C-O, electric heated, rated power consumption:9kW, real consumption : 3-5kW/h.
6. For operation temperature of over 140˚C or less than 60˚C, please indicate when order.
7. The ovens and baking trays made by our factory are standard dimensions (640x460x45mm), and can be exchanged each other.
8. Baking tray also drill hole if client have detail requirement.
