Vacuum Shelf Dryer Principle

Vacuum Shelf Dryer Machine is well known that vacuum drying is to put raw material under the state of vacuum for heating and drying. The Vacuum Shelf Drying Machine is a kind of tray model vacuum dryer worked by batch .the Vacuum Shelf Drier mainly consists of the chest , heating pipe ,tray and vacuum system(if the solvent needs recovery , it should equip with the condenser device ). The wet material will load on the tray and put inside tray chest . The heat transferring happened between the material and make the moisture from the material is evaporated , and wet air is pumped outside by the vacuum system.

Main Features
1.Under the condition of vacuum, the boiling point of raw material will decrease and make the evaporation efficiency higher. Therefore for a certain amount of heat transfer, the conducting area of dryer can be saved.
2.The heat source for evaporation may be steam or hot water
3.Before drying, the treatment of disinfection may be carried out. During the period of drying, there is no impurity material mixed. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP.
4.It belongs to static dryer. So the shape of raw material to be dried should not be destroyed.
