Introduction:

Automotive balers usually consist of large hydraulic cylinders mounted on a strong frame. Through this compression packing process helps to maximize storage space and minimize shipping costs by reducing the volume of the car's shell.

Operation process:

1. Pre-preparation of scrapped cars: Before being put into the car baler, some pre-treatment of scrapped vehicles is needed, complete scrapped cars can not be directly put into the baler, the following parts need to be removed, such as fuel, oil and coolant, in addition to valuable parts, hazardous materials and non-metallic parts are dismantled and recycled.

3. Compression packing: Once the end-of-life vehicle is properly positioned in the feed box, the baler will be activated, thereby exerting a strong force on the vehicle. The baler flattens and compresses the end-of-life vehicle to a metal bale of a set size. The amount of compression force depends on the unique design of the baler and the size of the tonnage.
