Working Principle:

The metal alligator scissors uses the principle of hydraulic transmission to achieve shear action. When the equipment is started, the oil pump starts to work, drawing hydraulic oil from the tank and pressurizing it. The high pressure oil is conveyed to the hydraulic cylinder through the tubing, and in the hydraulic cylinder, the high pressure oil pushes the piston to produce linear motion. The movement of the piston is transmitted to the moving blade through the transmission device, and the moving blade is driven by the hydraulic cylinder and oscillates around the fixed pin shaft to form a similar action with the static blade. When the scrap metal is placed between the dynamic blade and the static blade, with the swing of the dynamic blade, a strong shear force is generated between the two. When the shear force exceeds the shear strength of the metal material, the metal is cut.
