Slurry pump impellers
Impeller is an important part of the Slurry pump, through the impeller in the pump chamber rotation to form a suction, attract liquid materials into the pump chamber, and then through the rotation of the impeller liquid materials will be transported out of the pump chamber to form the impeller pump working process.
The number of the impeller vanes usually varies between three and six depending on the size of the particles in the slurry. Shijiazhuang Naipu Produce impellers with 5 vanes, but we also produce some 5 vanes and 6 vanes impeller, that is depending on the customers' requirements.
Impellers are always closed type,( with front shorod),but semi-open type impellers(without a front shroud)are sometimes used for special applications. Our F6147 A05 impeller, E4147 A05 impellers and G8147 A49 impellers are all 5 vanes, closed impellers, but we also acept OEM impellers with 4 or 6 vanes.

The wide range of our standard impellers cover most slurry pumping duties but special non-standard designs are also available.Our F6147 A05 impellers, E4147 A05 impellers and G8147 A05 impellers are all standard impellers.

Some typical examples of the need of for non-standard impellers are
1. Large particles may cause blockages with a standard 5 vane closed impeller. A special large particles 4 vane impeller may be required
2.Pumping fibrous material
3. High intake head: where the intake head exceeds the capability of a centrifugal seal, a differential imeppler may be required as illustrated .
