Baoji Zhenxing Textile Co., Ltd. was founded in 2011. It is a subsidiary of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Baoji City, Shaanxi Province. It was previously the Shaanxi Baoji No. 1 Dyeing and Weaving Factory, which was owned by the state.
