FR4 Glass fiber board is a kind of building material synthesized by glass fiber material and high heat-resistant composite material, which has the characteristics of sound-absorbing, sound-insulating, heat-insulating, environmental protection and flame-retardant. It is usually used to make beautiful wall and ceiling decorations with good mechanical and dielectric properties, and is suitable for plastic molds, injection molds, machinery manufacturing, molding machines, drilling machines, electric motors and other fields.

Glass fiberboard is also widely used in 3C fields, such as photovoltaic backsheets and new energy vehicle heating pads. For example, low-density fiberglass panels for photovoltaic backsheets can reduce weight and installation costs, while highly wear-resistant fiberglass panels are used to make touring wheels, which enhance wear resistance and reduce the cost of consumables. In addition, fiberglass panels are characterized by high strength, low density, excellent chemical stability and electrical insulation, and are widely used in photovoltaic, high-speed rail, ships and other fields.

FR4 Product Features:

The flame retardant grade is UL94 V0

F grade Heat resistance and heat resistance (120 min) reaches to 180 ℃

High mechanical performances (bending, compression and stretching of transverse strength is above 330Mpa)

High dielectric properties of th e oil (25 ℃ in the vertical dielectric strength of 16 kv/mm)

We can press, cut and process the sheet according to customer's requirements and provide insulation accessories directly.

1. Spacer for choke and inductor coil

The epoxy glass fiber sheet serves as an insulation spacer for the upper choke.

The common mode inductance is divided into high voltage AC mode and output DC mode. The voltage between the two copper wires determines whether to use the spacer. If the lead string is added and the casing voltage is not high enough, the spacer shall not be added. But considering the consistency, it is more appropriate to have an insulation spacer in bulk production.

2. Baseboard for Transformer Bobbin

The functions of transformer’s bobbin are as follows:

(1)To provide enough space for twining copper wires

(2)To fix the magnetic core of the transformer

(3)To support wires twining of the transformer by its wire channels

(4)To serve as a conductive component after it is soldered with tin and connected to PCB sheet

(5)To decide the direction of the transformer by its chamfer

(4) Bearing high temperature
