The high-precision intelligent vortex precession flowmeter is a new type of velocity flowmeter, which has the advantages of strong functionality, wide flow range, simple operation and maintenance, and easy installation and use. Its main technical indicators have reached the advanced level of similar foreign products. Widely used in various gas metering industries such as petrochemicals, natural gas, electricity, metallurgy, pharmaceuticals, etc.

1. Working principle

When the measured fluid flows through the sensor, regular vortices are alternately generated on both sides of the vortex generator under the action of the fluid. These vortices swirl in the Venturi tube and then flow out from the contraction section.

The frequency of vortices is directly proportional to the flow velocity of the fluid, and the flow rate of the fluid can be calculated by detecting the frequency of vortices.

2. Structural composition

Header: usually includes a LCD screen, operation buttons, etc., used to display flow data, set parameters, etc.

Measurement tube: It is a channel through which fluid flows, and its internal structural design has a significant impact on measurement accuracy.

Vortex generator: It is a key component that generates vortices, and its shape, size, and installation position have been carefully designed.

Sensor: used to detect signals such as frequency or pressure changes of vortices, and convert them into electrical signals to be transmitted to the converter.

Converter: processes, amplifies, and converts the electrical signal transmitted by the sensor, and finally outputs a standard signal proportional to the flow rate.
