The wire rod SAE1005 ,SAE1006,SAE1008 is being used as raw material,from which takes place drawing to wire of smaller diameters,which wires afterwards are galvanized inside galvanizing lines and finally PVC coating is added on the surface of the galvanized wire.
Zinc coating:
The zinc coating of the intermal wire is according to EN-10244-02,Class C,for the main diameters the zinc coating is 50-110gr/m2
Color of PVC coating: dark green, light green, grey, yellow, red, bleu
Tensile strength:
· for all the applications (except this for hangers): < 500 N/mm2
· construction of hangers: 700-900 N/mm2
Packing: In bundles-coils (unbinding from the top) of 2 kg, 100 kg, 250 kg, 500 kg, 1000 kg
