600S Triplex Plunger Pump/Well Service Pump
600S plunger pump is designed with additional rod between the plunger and crosshead, achieving the mechanical back flow preventer. The operation space at the packing is enlarged, more convenient for changes of the packing. The lube oil channel is designed in the crankshaft, enabling the lube oil to go through the crank throw to lube the big rod end bearing directly. The compact structure enables back-to-back mounting, suitable for twin-pump layout on one unit. 600S plunger pump is suitable for acidizing and cementing applications.
600S Triplex Plunger Pump is a classic pump developed from the Practical experience and applicable for Fracturing, Cementing, Sand proof, acidizing etc. small scale fracturing operation. This Pump is directly connected with the plunger and the cross head which reducing the pump's length so that it is widely used in duplex double pump cementing truck or skid. The pump can be disposed on the device so that the pipe layout is simple and beautiful, the operation is convenient and so on.
600S Well Service pump is a widely used triplex plunger pump available in the market. The unique offset design greatly reduces the load on the crosshead, slide and crankshaft bearing. The gearbox can be installed at either the left or right side of the pump with optional installation angles which can meet different drive requirements. The compact structure enables back-to-back mounting. The pump is suitable for acidizing and cementing applications.
600S pump is a triplex plunger pump with offset design similar to QWS1000 Quintuplex Plunger Pump in configuration, yet with higher horsepower and larger displacement under the same pressure. The compact structure enables twin-pump layout on one unit, making it the top choice of Cementing Equipmentand Fracturing Equipment.
