Calibration method 1.Real flow calibration ①Principle: Under actual fluid flow conditions, the calibrated electromagnetic flowmeter is installed in a pipeline system with known flow standards, and its accuracy is determined by comparing the measured value of the electromagnetic flowmeter with the standard flow value. ②Advantages: It can truly reflect the performance of the flowmeter under actual working conditions, and the calibration results are accurate and reliable. ③Disadvantages: It requires specialized calibration equipment and site, has high cost, complex operation, and is difficult to calibrate for large-diameter flow meters. 2.Static calibration ①Principle: Calibrate the sensors and converters of the flowmeter by simulating the electromagnetic induction principle during fluid flow when the flowmeter is in a stationary state. Usually, a standard signal source is used to input analog flow signals and check whether the output of the flowmeter is proportional to the input signal. ②Advantages: The operation is relatively simple, no actual fluid is required, and it can be conveniently carried out in the laboratory or on-site, with low cost. ③Disadvantage: It cannot fully simulate the flow state of actual fluids, with certain errors, and is only suitable for preliminary calibration and routine inspection.
