1 ) 6 axis dry cutting CNC gear hobbing machine with secondary development of man-machine program, making the operation and replacement of products more convenient and cost-effective.
2) The X axis and Z axis, we adopt imported large sizes heavy-duty high-precision roller guide rail. Moreover, we install 3 sliders in the X axis, which will entrance the better rigidity and higher accuracy.
Combined with grease lubrication system,it has good shock absorption, high accuracy and long life.
At the same time, the screw adopts special roller thrust screw bearing, better bearing rigidity; The fast moving speed of the guide rail is up to 8000mm/min, and the processing auxiliary time is greatly reduced.
