Our Both sides Aluminum Foil Metallized PET Mylar film can be used For Radiation Detector ,speakers and Precise Instrument.

It The thickness of Aluminum is 380A-3000A, Mainly thickness is 6micron , 7micron , 8micron , 12micron 24micron . Accept customized .

Both sides Metallized Polyester Film is a barrier film formed by depositing a thin layer of aluminum atoms onto high-quality PET Film by vacuum aluminum plating process. It has bright metal gloss, excellent gas and light barrier and good moisture-proof,heat-resistant and puncture resistance. It can replace aluminum foil and other advantages.With special technology, the film is metallized on both side with a thin aluminum to be a flexibepacking material for special usage.

Characteristics :

The PET metalllized film has good reflection ability to ultraviolet ray and infrared ray, can achieve the function of blocking ultraviolet ray, at the same time can make the film to improve the oxygen, moisture, and has the metallic luster.

Technical performance :

1.Thickness of aluminum plating is generally 0.02-0.06 m

2.Uniform aluminum coating.

3. Good Adhesion of aluminized layer.

4. Uv transmittance is less than 5%.
