2. When customer break egg shell, egg liquid goes into collecting tank and go through egg liquid filter to filter some small pieces egg shells.
3. In Egg Liquid mixing tank, you can put some additives or sugar into to mix them well.
4. Set the pasteurization temperature at 60℃ for 30 minutes
5. Egg Liquid cooling tank, cool down the temperature by using cold water and then fill into bags.
6. When you finish all the process one day, you can use CIP to clean all tanks and pipes.
