
Thermocouple temperature measurement is still the most commonly used kiln temperature measurement method at present (hot blast furnace, sintering furnace, heating furnace, secondary combustion chamber, Krause furnace, etc.). Since the thermocouple works in the high temperature region between 1200℃ and 1300℃ for a long time, the service life of the thermocouple is very short. Usually, it needs to be replaced in about two quarters, with high cost and large maintenance. At the same time, because the top-burning hot blast stove is easy to form eddy current around the thermocouple, it is easy to damage the thermocouple.
The thermocouple works at high temperature (usually 1200℃~ 1300℃) in the furnace for a long time, and the thermocouple junction box also operates at high temperature between 100℃ and 120℃, the vault and air channel of the hot blast stove are special temperature measuring occasions for the infrared pyrometer of the hot blast stove, which should not only solve the problem of high temperature and high pressure, but also adapt to the requirements of the changing open-air environment throughout the year.There are some problems such as short service life, long replacement time and large capital consumption when using thermocouple to measure furnace top temperature.
