Application:

The decoration machine is suitable for screen print 1 color UV ink + 1 hot stamping + offset print 1 color varnish on plastic soft tubes.

Main Functions:

Batch storage tubes, automatic material unscrambling, select the direction of feeding (optional).
Servo-driven manipulator push tube feeding.
10 servo stations: Feeding and dust-removal → 1 st flame (or corona) treatment → 2 nd flame (or corona) treatment → 1 st screen printing → UV curing → 2 nd hot stamping → UV curing → 3 rd offset print varnish→ UV Curing → OK products discharging
After feeding, there is a cursor to identify the failure of feeding and the function of no printing without parts.
The printing workstation has the function of electric lifting print head.
The servo synchronously drives the left and right movement of the screen frame and the rotation of the tube on the turntable, and cooperates with the scraper to complete the printing function.
