Gear oil pump
1, before starting the oil pump should carefully check whether the oil inlet and outlet, rotation direction is consistent with the direction indicated by the sign, do not reverse rotation.
2, the pump transmission shaft and the prime mover output shaft should be flexible coupling connection, its coaxiality is not greater than 0.1mm.
3, should ensure that the pump shaft does not bear radial force, axial force and bending moment. When installing the gear pump, the shaft should be slowly imported, do not force knocking, axial collision, otherwise it will cause serious damage to the pump.
4. The suction height of the pump is not more than 0.5m.
5, the oil inlet connection flange is strictly prohibited. The joint surface and joint must be strictly sealed to prevent air leakage, otherwise it will cause noise, vibration, foam and other abnormal phenomena, and reduce the life of the gear pump.
6, gear pump suction pipe diameter should ensure that the flow rate of oil is less than 1.5m/s.
