Introduction:
This frying oil filter is mainly composed of filter chamber, oil pump and control units. There is oil inlet valve installed on the top cover. The filter chamber is a 3-level structure that includes filtering mesh, filtering compound and filtering papers.
When the oil pump starts working, vacuum is generated within the filter chamber to suck frying oil into the filter chamber. The frying oil must flow through all the layers and then discharged from the oil outlet going back to the fryer. It can filter impurities of all big and tiny sizes from oil to increase oil life significantly.
