ZDB and Z2DB valves are superimposed structure pilot relief valves for limiting system pressure. It consists of a valve body (7) and 1 or 2 plug-in relief valves (4). System pressure is set by plug-in relief valve (4). In the static position, the valve is closed. The pressure at port A acts on the spool (1), and at the same time the pressure acts on the spring-loaded pilot spool (6) of the spool (1) through the orifice (2). If the force A rises above the set value of (5), the valve (6) springs open against the spring. Oil can flow into the T port from the spring plus side orifice (3) and channel (8) of the spool (1). The spool (1) produces a pressure drop, which causes the oil port A to T to communicate, so that the system pressure is maintained at the set value of the spring (5), and the control oil flows from the two spring chambers through the oil port (T) to the External oil return.
