PVDF Description
PVDF (polyvinylidene fluoride) is a kind of light fluoride material, with the working temperature ranging from -70 to 150 . It features superior corrosion resistance, mechanical property, electrical insulating property, low friction coefficient, weatherability, and radiation tolerance. Moreover, the tensile strength is two times higher than PTFE, the compressive strength six times higher than PTFE, and the abrasion resistance similar to nylon.
classification
1. PVDF Film for water treatment . it is divided into ultrafiltration membrane and microfiltration membrane. It is mainly used for pretreatment of sewage, seawater desalination, etc., to remove impurities such as macromolecules, bacteria and sediment
2. PVDF Film for outdoor construction.It mainly used for the protection of glass, external walls and outdoor billboards of outdoor buildings, it mainly for aging resistance and wear resistance
3. PVDF Film for battery, including membrane application in fuel cell and lithium ion polymer battery
Application:
It can be widely used as the corrosion-resistant materials, abrasion-resistant materials, corrosion-resistant equipment linings, transparent viewing mirrors, vacuum sealing materials, electrical and electronic components, and motor or instrument parts, etc.
