Cementing head is a kind of special tool to pump slurry and release plug. It is used to fill drilling fluid into casing in turn and quickly. In most operations, a bottom plug is launched before the spacer or cement slurry. The top plug is released from the cement head after the spacer fluid. Most cement heads can hold both the top and bottom plugs. A manifold incorporated into the cement head assembly allows connection of a fluid circulation line.

The Double Plug Cement Head is a wellhead equipment.It has two plug containers and it is used for double plug cementing and two stage cementing operation.Double Plug Cement Head is a special tool for grouting cement and releasing rubber plugs. Two rubber plugs can be installed at the same time, which can be used for both conventional double plug cementing and continuous two-stage cementing.

The ultra high pressure cement head is a kind of double plug cementing cement head designed by our company for ultra-deep wells and high-pressure wells. It can be widely used in deep well cementing and shale gas cementing fields.

The cement head is not welded as a whole, and the joints of the parts are all designed with threaded connection + sealing ring.Equipped with a rubber plug indicator to facilitate the operator to know whether the rubber plug is down and a large pitch quick connection device, which can realize the quick installation and disassembly of the cement head.

The casing cement head with double plugs (called as cement-head ) is a common cementing tool used as wellhead unit in all kinds of cementing operation. Comparing to cement head with single plug, it owns longer cement-head body , and upper rubber plug and lower rubber plug can be put in at same time.

Structure Types:
1—According to the gearing thread, there are two kinds cement heads: drill pipe cement head and casing cement head. The former connects with the drilling sended at the well head, the latter connects with the casing.
2—According to the usage, there are two kinds: single plug cement head and twin plugs cement head.

The top drive ROTATING cement head can be directly connected to the top drive and rotate the tail pipe. It is designed with a bypass circulation passage.It can be circulated by the top drive when the drill rod rubber plug is installed.
