Single Pump Cementing Unit

Single pump cementing unit is suitable for a variety of fluid pumping and mixing operations in the oilfields. Typical operations include well cementing, well acidizing treatments, hydrojet perforating, solvent pumping, pressure testing and miscellaneous fluid pumping at a large density range. Cementing truck is mainly applied to the land or desert worksites for various cementing applications. It could conduct such jobs as mixing slurry, injecting slurry, replacing slurry, setting and also well clean out and cutting re-injection, etc. This single pump cementing unit is capable of operating during extended pumping operations in rough oilfield environments with ambient temperature ranges of-30°Cto +50°C.

GJC40-17 cementing truck is equipped with a horizontal triplex single function plunger pump, slurry hybrid system, hydraulic pressure system, pneumatic system, mechanical transmission system, etc. During cementing wells, plunger pump is driven by diesel engine. This cementing unit is convenient and reliable to operate.

Compositions

Single pump cementing unit includes one deck engine, transmission, triplex pump and centrifugal pumps which can realize the cementing operation with high pressure and large discharge volume. It is manufactured according to our customer needs. Clients can choose from a variety of brands for the engine, transmission and pumps.
