Copper clad laminated sheet uses glass fiber cloth as substrate material. After being immersed with epoxy resin and then baked into prepreg sheet, several prepreg sheets are then coated with copper foil on one side or both sides, and CCL is finally formed by hot pressing and curing.FR-4 copper clad laminated sheet has excellent thermal stability and machinability, widely used in the manufacture of printed circuit board (PCB) for television sets, computers, communications equipment and other electronic products.This flame retardant copper-clad laminate is made of continuous woven glass cloth impregnated with epoxy resin. The substrate is made of FR4 which is a flame retardant version of G-10 material. Copper Clad FR-4 Sheet is used to created printed circuit boards.

Copper Clad Laminate (CCL) is an electronic fiberglass cloth or other reinforcing materials impregnated with resin, one side or both sides covered with copper foil and hot pressing and made of a plate material, referred to as copper-clad laminate. A variety of different forms, different functions of the printed circuit board, are selectively processed on the copper-clad plate, etching, drilling and copper-plating processes, made of different printed circuits. The printed circuit boards mainly play the role of interconnecting conduction, insulation and support, the signal transmission speed, energy loss and characteristic impedance of the circuit has a great impact, therefore, the performance of printed circuit boards, quality, manufacturing processing, manufacturing level, manufacturing costs and long-term reliability and stability depends largely on the copper cladding boards.

The characteristics of copper-clad board

Whether the copper-clad laminate belongs to the integrated circuit

Copper-clad laminate is a circuit board, its role is to serve as a connection carrier for electronic components. Integrated circuits are a large number of electronic components integrated together to form a whole circuit of a circuit chip. Therefore, copper-clad laminates are not integrated circuits.
