1. Description of High Shear Mixer
GHJ series high speed shear blender mixer machine consists of a vertical mixing barrel, bottom placed agitating impeller and side installed choppers. When powders or slurry materials are fed into the mixing barrel, the specially designed rotating impeller pushes the material onto the inner barrel wall. Under the effect of centrifugal force, the material moves up alongside the barrel wall to form a swirl flow. At the same time, the side installed high-speed chopper completely shear and chop the materials to get uniform mixing.
GHJ series high speed shear blender mixer machine is extensively used in chemical, metallurgical, food, light and agricultural industries for small scale fast mixing with very high homogeneity. 2. Work principle of High Shear Mixer

3. Features of High Shear Mixer
1. Due to the centrifugal force, the bottom feeding blade of the ZGH vertical high-speed mixer feeds the bottom material continuously along the cylinder wall, and the upper material falls downward from the center, so that the material circulates to form a spiral shape.
2. The high-speed scraper blade paddle completely breaks up the block material sent by the feed blade paddle.
3. Due to the high rotation of the above two kinds of blade paddles, the material can be uniformly mixed in a short time, and the mixing speed and the uniform speed are unachievable by various domestic mixers, and there is no particle in the middle of the mixed materials, mixing uniform speed up to 100%.
4. Open the discharge valve, the discharge speed is fast, and the equipment is easy to clean.
5. The material contact parts of high shear mixer are made of SUS304 stainless steel, and no volatilization, deterioration and loss of materials will occur during the mixing process.
