Description of Double cone mixer:

Double cone mixer blender is mainly used for the uniform mixing of powder and granular materials in the pharmaceutical, chemical, electronic, and food industries.

This machine is mainly composed of mixing barrel, frame, transmission system, electrical system and other parts. It uses two asymmetric barrels and adopts gravity mixing.

When the proportion of two or more materials is combined, the mixing uniformity can reach more than 99%. The inner and outer walls of the mixing barrel are precisely polished, and the surface is smooth, flat, without dead ends, and easy to clean. During the working process of the transmission system, there is no jitter, no noise, easy maintenance, accurate and sensitive electrical control, and stainless steel butterfly valve discharge, no leakage and no dust. Features of Double cone mixer:

1. The mixing barrel is a W-shaped double-tapered cylinder, and the material is SUS304 high-quality stainless steel plate ring formed by round and close welding, which is more conducive to cleaning the barrel after the material is mixed. Both the inner and outer walls are precisely polished and polished, with smooth surface, no dead ends, thorough discharge, and easy cleaning;

2. The transmission system is composed of motor, reducer, sprocket, bearing, transmission shaft and other parts. There is no noise in the working process, smooth operation, no jitter, and no eccentricity;

3. The feed port is a DN400 manhole, and the seal is made of edible silicon rubber sealing strip, which is pollution-free and easy to operate

4. The frame of the mixer is made of channel steel, which is welded firmly, and the outer frame of the frame is made of SUS304 stainless steel. The surface is flat, without scratches, and no welding traces. The side of the rotating bracket electrical control is a movable door for easy maintenance;

5. The discharge port of the barrel is installed with a DN200 stainless steel sealing butterfly valve, which has good sealing effect and convenient operation;
