Erythritol, a filler sweetener, is a four-carbon sugar alcohol with the molecular formula C4H10O4. erythritol is widely found in nature, such as fungi mushrooms and lichens, melons, grapes and pears, and can be detected in small quantities in the eye crystals, plasma, fetal fluids, semen, and urine of animals, and also in small quantities in the fermented food wines, beers, soy sauces, and Japanese sake. (1)Super Absorbent Polymer
