Fixed-rod pressing blocks are produced by Vacuum process casting technology craft. It is a vacuum sealed casting method, also known as negative pressure casting. The main feature of this method is to use plastic film to seal the sand box, and extract the air inside the mold through a vacuum pump, forming a pressure difference inside and outside the mold, so as to compact the dry sand and form the required mold cavity.

Fixed-rod pressing blocks are heat resistant and abrasion resistant. Fixed-rod pressing blocks of ZG40Cr28Ni20 material are recommended to installed at high-temperature stage.
