Machine introduction:

The fully automatic stitching and gluing carton box integrated machine is composed of four parts: paper feeding part, glue coating and folding part, stitching box part and counting and stacking part.Digital display speed regulation, PLC computer amplitude modulation, double frequency conversion synchronous operation, with simple, fast, reliable and accurate control mode, automatic paper feeding, automatic gluing and folding, automatic counting, automatic stacking output, the average glue box speed is 150 meters per minute, The maximum speed is 220 meters per minute, and high efficiency, energy saving and environmental protection are our highest pursuit.

Fuction  and features:

1. It is suitable for three-layer and five-layer single-piece carton stapling and bonding; 2. The nail distance range is 40 to 500 mm; 3. The nailing angle is 40 degrees; 4. Single nail and double nail can be adjusted freely, suitable for international No. 17 and No. 18 nails; 5. High cost performance, lower price for the same performance; 6. The forearm sorting function is adopted, and the single block is replaced, and the paper is neatly arranged; 7. The wire feeder adopts intelligent wire feeding, which has little wear on the wire wheel; 8. The computer system adopts the servo motor of international famous brand and stable quality; 9. Fast speed (1050 nails/min); 10. Low equipment failure rate (soft bottom film structure is adopted); 11. The swinging nail head moves smoothly.
