We use the stamp tool to make this dial in half, then do next. and we try to make it as much as close to original piece. even our process is totally different. from a glance, they look the same effect. 100 times cheaper and 1/10 time to make this effect, actually I am quite satisfied for this result. it is a affordable price for most people.
