Working principle
The raw liquid enters into the filter through the inlet. During the filtration process, the impurity accumulated on the SS wedge wire filter element, and the inner impurity would be gradually accumulated.
1. Automatic cleaning: When filtration working time reaches the set point, the electronic control system signal will work. The reducer begins to work; the reducer drives the metal scraper to remove the particles on the filter element external surface. When cleaning time reaches the set point, the drain valve is opened to blow down.
2. Manual cleaning: The reduder drives scrapers to remove the particles on the filter element external surface continuously. When the time reaches the set point, the drain valve opens and starts to blow down.

1. Intelligent control system

2. Scraper driving device

3. Core filter element

4. Cylinder quick opening structure
