Description of Zinc kettle:
Zinc kettle is dispensable to both fully automatic and semi-automatinc galvanizing line.
1. The steel plate produced by Ansteel in China is made of XG-08 material.
2. For safe galvanizing process, the welding seam layout of the zinc kettle is reasonable, reducing the amount of welding seam, and all welding seams should be naturally straight after welding. The quality of the weld seam reaches level II; The arrangement and material splicing of zinc pot welds shall comply with the JB/ZQ4000.3-86 butt weld evaluation standard of the People's Republic of China. The weld inspection shall comply with the non-destructive testing standard for pressure vessels (JB4730-94) of the People's Republic of China, with a 100% level II ultrasonic detection range. A legally responsible inspection report shall be issued. The welds along the edge of the pot are not subjected to non-destructive testing, but the joints must be beveled according to standards and reinforced with plates to ensure the longitudinal texture of the pot along the steel plate. Provide a testing report that can bear legal responsibility.
3. As a galvanizing equipment, zinc kettle with a depth greater than 2m is designed with rounded corners at the bottom, strong load-bearing capacity of the weld seam, and a bottom slag flow without dead corners with a thickness of 60mm.
4. Can be matched with 310S pot protection steel plate.
5. The base material of the bent and stretched parts of the zinc pot must not have any signs of pulling or tearing, and it is strictly prohibited to apply mechanical external force for correction.
