Production process of Metal Manganese Alloy : Electrolytic manganese metal is a wet metallurgical product of manganese. In many years of production practice in China, the production process of "leaching purification electrolysis" is generally adopted. The main method is to react manganese carbonate powder with inorganic acid to produce manganese salt solution. Ammonium salt is added as a buffering agent, and iron is removed by adding an oxidizing agent for oxidation and neutralization. Heavy metals are removed by adding a sulfurizing agent. After "settling filtration deep purification filtration", a pure manganese sulfate solution is obtained. After adding additives, it is used as an electrolyte to enter the electrolytic cell for electrolysis, producing metallic manganese.
