Magnesium Alloy Needle Plate for needling machine is widely used in the production of needled nonwoven fabrics as a key component in nonwoven equipment with the advantages of light weight and high strength.

The density of magnesium alloy is 1 .78t/m³, which is significantly lower than that of steel plate (7.85t/m³) and aluminium alloy (2.78t/m³), and it can greatly reduce the quality of the needle plate beam, thus reducing the inertia force and improving the needling frequency. At the same time, the magnesium alloy's bending and torsion resistance make it suitable for high-speed needling machines.

Magnesium Alloy Needle Plate are widely used in the production of garment linings, geotextiles, carpets and other non-woven materials, especially in the needling of high temperature filtration materials. Magnesium alloy needleboard is also recognised for its high density, high verticality and interchangeability.

Magnesium Alloy Needle Plate is mostly made by one-time drawing and forming process with CNC machine tools, which can ensure the dimensional accuracy and surface finish. After heat treatment, controlled bending and forming can meet the standard. Moreover, the magnesium alloy needle plate can still maintain the matching accuracy after repeated mounting and dismounting, which solves the defect that the aluminium alloy needle plate is easy to loosen.
