Explosion-proof distribution box ordering instructions
When ordering, the user must indicate the number of circuits, circuit current and poles of the circuit breaker of the distribution box. If it is equipped with a main switch, the switching current and number of poles must be indicated, as well as the direction, quantity and size of the inlet and outlet. If lighting, power, leakage, etc. are mixed, a schematic diagram must be provided.
How to use explosion-proof distribution box
1. According to the actual lighting needs of the work site, determine the installation location and method of the lamp, and then prepare a three-core cable of corresponding length according to the distance between the lamp and the 220V power contact (if steel pipe wiring is used, introduce the three-core cable into the steel pipe to Lighting installation location).
2. First remove the fixing screws on the wiring cavity, pull out the wiring part of the wiring box; take out the sealing ring and connector (with set screws) from the packaging box, and insert the cables in sequence; then connect one end of the three-core cable respectively After accessing the "L", "N" and grounding points in the box, use a cable clamp to compress the cable and fix it with fastening screws. Then tighten the connector, tighten the sealing ring, and tighten the fastening screw from the side.
3. Screw the components in step 2 into the steel pipe, install the set screws from the side and lock them, then install the lamp body along the guide rail of the junction box, and then tighten the screws on the panel.
4. Finally, connect the other end of the three-core cable to the 220V power supply according to the requirements of the explosion-proof distribution box.
5. When replacing the light bulb, first cut off the power supply, then use an Allen wrench to remove the set screw on the casing, use a large screwdriver or other tool to loosen the lamp cover 6 turns, then carefully remove the lamp cover slowly by hand, and unscrew the lamp cover. Remove the old light bulb and replace it with a new one.
