3. 2 Technical Requirements for wire drawing machine
A.The input power supply is three-phase 380V50HZ. The voltage waveform is sinusoidal, and the amplitude fluctuation is not greater than+5~- 10%. The frequency fluctuation shall not be greater than 2HZ, and each phase shall be symmetrical. There are no higher harmonics in the power grid that are sufficient to damage the frequency converter.
B. Temperature: 0~40 ℃
C.Humidity: The relative humidity shall not exceed 85% (20 ℃±5 ℃)
D. Altitude: less than 1000 meters
E. No severe vibration and impact
F. There is no conductive and explosive dust around the electrical cabinet, and there is no gas sufficient to corrode metal and damage electrical insulation.

4. 1 Forward jog(inching)
A. Forward single point movement :Turn the change-over switch to the middle "single point" position, and press the right foot switch to operate the reel in single point movement.
B.Front linkage inching: Turn the change-over switch to the left "front linkage single point" position, and press the right foot switch to jog the reel and all reels in front of it.
C. Rear linkage inching: Turn the change-over switch to the "rear linkage single point" position on the right, press the right foot switch, and all reels and take-up machines behind the reel will inching, but this reel will not operate. The jog frequency cannot be greater than 10 times/minute.
Reverse jog: Regardless of the position of the transfer switch, press the left foot switch, and the reel will run in reverse.
4. 2 Start and linkage:
A.Press the start button on any machine or operating platform, the brake will be released, and each drum and take-up machine will start and operate at the set speed. Whether the machine is put into operation is set on the touch screen. Note: Press "Start" for the first time, and the machine will only speed up to the jog speed. After running to the jog speed, press "Start" again, and the machine will accelerate to the set main speed.
B. Front linkage: When inching the front linkage, press the "Start" button while pressing the foot switch, that is, the reel and all reels in front of it operate at a low speed according to the set inching speed.
C. Rear linkage: When inching the rear linkage, press the "Start" button while pressing the foot switch, that is, all reels and take-up machines behind the reel operate at a low speed according to the set inching speed, and this reel does not operate. Note: For front linkage and rear linkage, first press the foot switch and then press "Start"
4. 3 Shutdown(stop):
A. To stop the machine normally, press the stop button on either machine or operating platform, and the entire machine will decelerate. When the set parking frequency is reached, the brake will brake.
B. Fast shutdown, broken wire, loose wire, fast shutdown of the entire machine.
C. Emergency shutdown: When there is a situation that endangers personal safety or may cause serious damage to the equipment, press the emergency stop button on the operating console to stop the entire machine.
4.4 Braking/releasing
Braking: When each machine switch is turned to the braking state, the brake of the machine will work when it stops.
Release: When the switches of each machine and the take-up machine are in the brake release state, the machine brake does not work.
4.5 Whether each machine, including the take-up machine, is put into operation (jog or start) is set on the touch screen.
4.6 Precautions for using the touch screen:
It is strictly prohibited to tap the touch screen with sharp hard objects or nails, and only operate with fingers without gloves. During production, it is not allowed to hit the touch screen with instruments.
