The magnetic sensitive electronic dual color level gauge consists of a magnetic float sensor and an LED display screen. The level gauge works based on the principles of buoyancy and magnetic coupling. When the liquid level in the tested container rises or falls, the float in the main tube of the liquid level gauge also rises or falls accordingly. The permanent magnetic steel in the float is transmitted to the high-precision electronic sensing element in the on-site display box through magnetic coupling, triggering the corresponding digital circuit, causing the LED dual color luminous tube to switch colors. No liquid is completely red, full liquid is completely green, and the red green boundary is the actual liquid level in the container, thus achieving on-site indication of the liquid level, which is clear at a glance; Install limit switches to achieve liquid level alarm and control, and install transmitters to achieve digital signal output for display and control. Magnetic sensitive electronic dual color level gauges have the advantages of easy installation, convenient observation, and easy reading, and are widely used in industries such as petroleum processing, water treatment, pharmaceuticals, food processing, chemical engineering, and power.
